The Queer Alternative is a charitable trust which promotes the acceptance of queer people within the alternative scene as well as the alternative scene within wider LGBT culture.

Hello folks,

Subversion Clothing will be running a stall at The Alt Collective on the 21st of this month. We are super excited to be attending this event and really look forward to meeting you. 

Well we're a bit slow in posting this as we've been busy with some new and exciting stuff but we had an amazing time at Infest. I wont start reviewing the bands as that's already been done by so many other people.

One of the great things about Infest is its friendliness. Being mainly self contained with halls accommodation certainly helps with this and people feel free to dress as they want and be with who they want without fear of issue. If only this this was always the case.

The other thing I was really pleased about this was our advert for Subversion Clothing in the festival programme. I think it worked out pretty well; and in the good company of Beat:Cancer!

Our new flyers featuring the same photo and The Queer Alternative info also looked great! I'll post some pictures of them soon. There's also a couple of great new items from Dead Threads that I want to highlight.

Only 2 days to go until Infest festival in Bradford! The UK's EBM, Industrial, Noise, Synthpop, Darkwave Event.

As we'll be off enjoying ourselves we will not be dispatching orders between Thu 27 Aug & Tue 1 Sep. Orders can be placed as usual but will not be dispatched until Wed 2nd Sep.

We'll be heading up there for a weekend of fun with Project Pitchfork, mind.in.a.box, Empirion and all the others.
